This afternoon's EB 18G-08 had two former Conrail SD45-2s in the locomotive consist. NS #1700, ex-Conrail #6654, nee-EL #3669 was in fresh NS black, thus making it the third SD45-2 to be repainted.
Other SD45-2, #1704 is still wearing the Conrail blue. Passed through Phillipsburg, NJ @ 1314 hours.
